The minimum age to drive an ATV is 16 years, and the minimum age as a passenger is 4 years.
If you’re going on a quad bike off-road adventure, apart from the safety equipment that we provide (helmet, gloves, inner gloves, wind-jacket, neck scarf) it’s best to dress in clothes that are easy to move around in & don’t get caught on anything.
We’d also suggest that you wear clothes you have no problem with getting dirty or ripped. Long trousers are also suitable for more comfort and safety.

P.S.: To reduce plastic waste & contribute to the environment protection, we advise our clients to bring their own reusable water bottles that can be filled up at the base for free (optional).
Our guides will take photos of all participants during the tour & tour breaks (if any). After the ride, we’ll check all photos that were taken during the tour together with the participants (Each participant will receive their copies later via email).
Participants are also free to take photos & videos of themselves with their own devices.

If you don’t want any photo or video of you taken: We respect that. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the tour guide keeps that in mind during the activity.
While some activities such as scenic rides are weather dependent, others like , Quad biking & other motor activities aren’t necessarily.
However, in heavy weather conditions, it is best to reschedule the tour for safety reasons.
This is one of the reasons we send the reminder emails numerous days before the specified time to also confirm the weather conditions.
If your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you have the option to reschedule your tour for another day.
If this is not possible for you or you simply don’t wish to reschedule your tour, please email us and we will issue you a refund.
Yes, we own the website as well as the business & we operate all of our tours with our own professional guides.
Before and during activities, consumption of alcohol is prohibited. If we suspect that a participant is intoxicated, we will prohibit them from joining the activity.
Yes, we do. The 2 hour camel tour is a magical experience, the tour is suitable from 2 years old and is a wonderful option for the whole family. The 2 hour quad biking tour has been a favorite with families traveling with children from 4 years old. They enjoy the tour safely as a passenger behind a parent.
You do not need previous quad biking driving experience. Your guide will provide easy to follow operating instructions.
We do not recommend women who are pregnant to participate in our quad biking and or biking tours.
