Yes:
Yes, you can reschedule your tour booking up to 4 days before the tour date.
After that, each rescheduling may be tied to additional fees, depending on the season & availability of alternative dates at that moment.
To reschedule your tour, simply reply to your booking confirmation email stating your desired new date, and we’ll get back to you with the options available at that point of time.
If there is no alternative date at the time you wish to reschedule, your tour will be canceled and the cancellation deadlines below will apply.
If you are changing a booking several weeks or months in advance you can simply email or call us & we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.
You can cancel your booking anytime.
Please note the following:
– If you cancel 7 or more days before the tour start (or anytime due to Covid-19 restrictions), we’ll refund you 100% of your payment.
– If you cancel less than 7 days & min. 48 H before the tour start, we’ll refund you 70% of your payment.
– If you cancel less than 48 H before the tour, we’ll refund you 20% of your payment.
You are strongly encouraged to arrive at the exact time you booked (You don’t want to cut into your or other peoples’ valuable riding time).
After that, there is a short pre-tour briefing, as well as a test drive before the adventure begins.
While some activities such as scenic rides are weather dependent, others like , Quad biking & other motor activities aren’t necessarily.
However, in heavy weather conditions, it is best to reschedule the tour for safety reasons.
This is one of the reasons we send the reminder emails numerous days before the specified time to also confirm the weather conditions.
If your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you have the option to reschedule your tour for another day.
If this is not possible for you or you simply don’t wish to reschedule your tour, please email us and we will issue you a refund.

Yes, but not everyone is allowed to drive a quad bike tour. You must be at least 16 years old to go on a quad bike tour as a bike driver.

Our ATV tours can take place on the beach, forests, sand dunes field, rivers, all Essaouira’s countryside.
We’re continuously scouting new routes & tracks, and we never go the exact track twice.

For direct booking online, we offer a maximum of 5 bikes & a maximum of 10 people in addition to the right number of guides to maintain adequate levels of supervision & safety.

You need to be there at the exact time you booked.
We have multiple tours throughout the day & any delay for any tour will unfortunately derail the departure timing for the subsequent tours.
For participants who arrive earlier than the booked time, they will need to await their exact scheduled tour start (as the team is usually still busy with the previous group etc..).
First, we make sure the quad bike is serviced / inspected & is adequate for the terrain we’re heading to.
Second, all participants are provided with safety equipment: a helmet, a pair of gloves and inner gloves, as well as wind-jackets
Third, we perform a pre-tour briefing to get everyone up to speed on the rules to follow during the tour as well as how to follow the guide’s instructions on- & off-road to eliminate any potential dangers.
Fourth, all drivers perform a test drive to get acquainted with the machine(s), before taking off for the booked destination.
This will also enable your assigned guide to gauge the skill level of the participants & balance the itinerary accordingly with safety first in mind.
During the tour, your professional tour guide will also make continuous & periodic assessments of both participants & environment to ensure an optimal balance of safety & fun.
The requirements for an ATV tour is that you must be 16 or older to drive one.
There are also specific restrictions on the type of terrain that can be traversed with quad bikes.
No worries though, your assigned ATV tour guide will help you navigate through the tour terrain.
We’re still trying to file the necessary paperwork & obtain the necessary legal permissions so we can operate tours for our physically-challenged guests.
Once we obtain those permissions, we’ll be able to tune our machines to be fitting for our guests with disabilities & tailor tours that take into account all necessary & additional safety precautions while preserving the fun factor.

These tours are led by passionate & highly-trained guides who will take you on an adventure through the beautiful scenerie.
Please note that we do not offer ATV rentals.
We offer ATV tours year-round. We recommend booking a tour at least one month in advance, to guarantee availability.
If you’re going on a quad bike off-road adventure, apart from the safety equipment that we provide (helmet, gloves, inner gloves, wind-jacket, neck scarf) it’s best to dress in clothes that are easy to move around in & don’t get caught on anything.
We’d also suggest that you wear clothes you have no problem with getting dirty or ripped.
Long trousers are also suitable for more comfort and safety.
